Our recommendations:
- No food at least for 2 hrs prior to yoga. You may drink water, tea, or coffee.
- Empty your bowels and bladder before yoga
- Wear comfortable exercising clothes
- Take off long necklaces and heavy rings
- Avoid yoga if you are having a heavy period
- Stop yoga if you feel dizziness, severe pain, or nausea
